XL Capital Taps Nationwide Insurance Executive as CFO
Reinsurance giant XL Capital hired Nationwide Insurance Group Chief Risk Officer Brian Nocco as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Nocco starts later this month.Fiona Luck, XL’s chief of staff, has been serving as interim CFO. Prior to heading risk operations at Nationwide, Nocco served as treasurer and senior vice president at the Columbus, Ohio-based company from 2001 to 2005.Bermuda-based XL Capital [ticker: XL] has a market capitalization of $14.8 billion.
