Yes, to the best of our knowledge in South Carolina there is no PJC available for moving violations or traffic tickets though we believe there is a type of prayer for judgment continued allowed for some criminal offenses in SC. While NC has the PJC and other states allow for supervision or probation (such as not receiving another moving violation for a year) to take care of minor moving violations SC generally does not allowР’В these types of ways to "get rid" of a ticket.

It appears that in Missouri to remove old traffic ticket convictions from your driving record you must request it be done by the DOR.
